Spencer Floral

I live in Arizona. My aunt that lives in Arnoldsburg passed away. I was not able to attend her services. I called this floral shop because of their great reviews. I told them I would like an arrangement similar to the one I saw on their website. The person I spoke to was very helpful and kind. Before we hung up, she said to be me "Don't worry we will make it beautiful". THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My family sent me pictures and said the arrangement was beautiful. I would definitely order from them again.

My family and I were planning a funeral in West Virginia from Ohio. We were unfamiliar with the area and couldn’t travel to look at places beforehand. We decided to call Spencer Floral based on reviews and location and ask if they could do a custom spray similar to one we found online (google images) that we fell in love with. Even being out of state they made it so unbelievably easy and were able to do exactly what we wanted within a weekend. They were so kind and did an absolutely amazing job. The spray we received was honestly better than the dang pic we saw online! Flowers were thick and bountiful, and it was put together beautifully. Thank you so much for the kind help making this difficult time even just a little bit easier.

Love this florist shop. The ladies (Laurie) especially is super nice. It has been hard on us living so far away from my mother. When I called to order flowers for Mother’s Day, she was sympathetic and listened to me cry and rumble about how I can’t see her. It has been so hard on all of us. When you go from visiting yearly to your mom not knowing you, it is difficult. That is where these special ladies from the florist come in. They are wonderful, I will not use another florist as long as my mom is still in Spencer WVA. thank you again Laurie.

Spencer Floral is the best. Never a detail overlooked and she goes above and beyond to help folks. She not only delivered my mum to mother's nursing home, she picked up a personal pan pizza for my mother since I am out of town and can not myself...and wouldn't take extra for her trouble. What an amazing business woman and just an all around great person. Spencer is very fortunate to have this florist.

I live in N.C. and I placed an online order at 7:45 in the morning before they opened. They open at 9 o’clock and the flower arrangement was delivered before 1030. They looked beautiful. I am beyond impressed. I’ve never had this good of service at a florist. They deserve more than a 5 star review.

I drove from maryville TN to Calhoun Co. WVa to see family and put some flowers on my dad and grandparents graves unfortunately there was no place to get any in Calhoun so I went to spencer found this place and ask for 3 red roses the lady didn't charge me for them I'll buy any flowers from them in the future 😊
